Championship

On Sunday last our Intermediate team eased their way into the semi-final of the Intermediate championship with a comprehensive victory over Legan. On Saturday 2nd September, they will now take on Ardagh/Moydow for a place in the final. Well done lads and we now look forward to the semi.

Congratulations and Good Luck

The club would like to congratulate Micheál O’Donnell, St. Faithleach’s and the Roscommon U17 team on reaching the All-Ireland U17 final. The club wishes him well in the final.

All-Ireland semi-final draw

Over the past week or so we have been hearing of the scarcity of tickets and huge money been sought for tickets for the Dublin V Tyrone game on Sunday week. Now the demand has gotten even greater with the Roscommon U17 team playing Tyrone in their All-Ireland Final that same day.

You have a chance of being in Croke Park in Premium Level seats for these games for just €2.

Rathcline GAA are currently selling tickets for their draw next weekend and the prizes are 1) 2 Premium Level tickets for the Kerry V Mayo All-Ireland semi-final on Sunday next, 2) 2 Premium level tickets for the Roscommon V Tyrone and Dublin V Tyrone games, 3) €100.

Tickets are on sale from club members locally or in O’Brien’s shop and the draw will take place on Saturday night next at 10pm in Adie’s.   

50/50

Monday night last 31st July the 50/50 took place in the Clarke’s Bar. The winning pool amounted to €385 and the winners was Cathal Mc Loughlin, son of our local butcher Terry Mc Loughlin.

On Monday night 7th August, the 50/50 draw took place in Adie’s bar. The winning pool amounted to €342 and the lucky winner was Nicole Dalton.

The club would like to congratulate Cathal and Nicole on their wins and thank them for their support and we would like to thank everyone that continues to buy tickets for their great support.

Tickets are on sale locally at €2 each and your support will be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, you can by the pink ticket for the year for just €100 and have 2 free weeks
